    We intend to use such information for purposes of supporting your and your employers relationship with [Partner] by designing a web site content that is suitable to your needs and alerting you to new product and service offerings as they become available. This User Information may be retained by [Partner] to verify compliance with the agreement between [Partner] and your employer, to keep track of the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to better serve you and your employer, or to simply contact you either electronically or otherwise. If you decide that we should not use your personal User Information to contact you, please let us know and we will not use that information for such purpose. However, please do not submit any User Information if you are less than 18 years of age.

  3. Disclosure of User Information.

    [Partner] does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties. However, we may share User Information with our business partners for marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, we provide User Information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications on [Partner] Offerings to our viewers. We also disclose User Information if: we have your consent; we need to share it in order to provide you with the products and/or services you requested; we respond to a court order or you violate our Terms of Use.     Implied Contract.

    Production Contract I/we_______________________, to be further known as ‘client’ agree to the terms of this contract between the client _________________ and __________________to be further known as the ‘producer’. A copy of this contract is posted on the website and is included with each invoice or bid. Any payment by the client to the producer, Social Media Productions, or its agents or assigns is an acknowledgement of this agreement, as is providing access to property. All video, photographs, and recordings of any kind are the exclusive property of Social Media Productions. Failure to purchase or pay for any recordings is an explicit release of material to be used in any composition by Social Media Productions, and or its assigns – Your footage may appear in someone else’s video without your consent. I. Project Scope: Each project will have a clearly defined scope prior to the start of work. Any work performed above and beyond the initial scope shall, at the discretion of the producer, be billed at the hourly rate of $________/hr in four hour time segments equal to $__________ plus applicable sales tax. A.) Scope definition for a video is determined by the storyboard, shot list, background/set choices, and graphics agreed upon in advance. The script is the responsibility of the client and adhering to or deviating from the script has no affect on the producer’s responsibility in fulfilling the scope of the project. At the completion of the ‘shot list’ and ‘storyboard’ and editing the producer will make revisions to transitions, music, and backgrounds (if green screen) as the normal process of finalizing the project/video, however, additional storyboards, b-roll, photographs, graphic design, or any other new item will be billed at the above rate unless defective due to equipment malfunction, or action by the producer that does not result in the correct shot as determined by the storyboard or shot list. B.) Scope definition for a web page is determined by the features list or mock up layout. Extra pages or features not included in the original bid will be billed at the above rate on an hourly basis, with a one hour minimum. All hosting fees are the responsibility of the client and adding scope t a web project may increase the clients hosting fees.
